Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Sales Associates who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service at Duluth Trading Company. What You'll Do: Become well-versed in the Duluth brand and develop in-depth product knowledge to offer friendly, solution-oriented service. Personalize customer interactions from greeting to fitting room and checkout. Communicate effectively about sales and promotions. Capture customer emails to enhance sales and service. Address customer concerns proactively and provide positive resolutions. Answer calls courteously and assist customers with inquiries or orders. Assist with receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandising and display standards are met. Efficiently process register transactions with accuracy. Follow all company policies and procedures. Perform any other tasks as needed under management direction. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is a plus but not required. Customer-focused attitude with strong pride in your work. Integrity and trustworthiness in all interactions. Effective communication and listening skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours daily. Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting, both above shoulder level and below waist. Use of hands for repetitive motions along with lifting up to 20 pounds, and occasionally up to 40 pounds. Capability to climb ladders and work in varying temperatures (50 - 85 degrees).
