Key Responsibilities: Foster a culture of service and sales, exceeding customer expectations to build lasting relationships. Become knowledgeable in our product categories and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Meet measurable goals such as units per transaction (UPT), average dollar transaction (ADT), and customer information capture rates. Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements. Maintain company merchandising standards and assist in store setup, displays, and housekeeping. Help process merchandise and monitor floor stock levels. Accurately complete all sales transactions and maintain accountability at the point of sale. Actively seek to enhance skills and improve performance metrics. Adhere to all local, federal, and state laws as well as company policies. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
