About This Position As a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales and transaction processes. Your focus will be on delivering fast and effective service while ensuring a delightful customer experience. Your Responsibilities Include: Greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, operating the cash register, scanning items, and handling various payment methods.

Delivering friendly, efficient service and adhering to point of sale and customer service standards set by the company.

Aiming to meet or exceed personal sales goals, such as credit and loyalty program sign-ups.

Ensuring inventory accuracy through precise execution of all required point of sale processes and merchandise management.

Assisting in training new team members on service standards, cash handling, and best practices consistent with company brand.

Participating in daily operations, including cash balancing, replenishing supplies, and other service processes.

No prior retail experience required.

Must be at least 16 years old.

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred: Experience in customer-facing retail or service roles.
