What You'll Do: Warmly greet customers and assist them in finding the right products and services. Operate the cash register with accuracy, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and handling various payment methods. Deliver exceptional service by adhering to company standards and exceeding individual performance goals. Help maintain inventory accuracy through diligent point of sale and merchandise handling practices. Support the training of new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring they understand service protocols aligned with Kohl's brand standards. Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: Experience in a client-facing retail or service role. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more with assistance. Capable of climbing, bending, reaching, and performing physical tasks associated with retail operations. Must be able to stand or walk throughout the scheduled shift.
