As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable product information. Supervise stock levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas. Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote sales. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and manage cash handling. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong supervisory skills to guide team members effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Proficiency with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
