About the Role As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service in both point of sale and customer service processes, ensuring operational efficiency and a great experience for every customer. What You'll Do: Greet and assist customers with a welcoming attitude, offering help with products and services. Operate the cash register, efficiently scanning items, bagging merchandise, and handling various payment methods. Adhere to company standards in executing point of sale and customer service practices, delivering friendly and prompt service. Meet individual sales goals including credit card applications and loyalty program sign-ups. Support inventory accuracy by properly completing required point of sale and merchandise procedures. Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices and proper procedures while upholding Kohl’s brand standards. Engage in daily service activities, such as register balancing, change orders, and restocking supplies.
