Your Responsibilities as a Seasonal Sales Representative Develop and uphold a service and selling culture that fosters long-lasting customer relationships. Become well-versed in our product categories and confidently communicate features and benefits to customers. Achieve measurable goals, including units per transaction (UPT), average dollar sale (ADT), and customer information capture rates. Stay informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements. Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, and store organization. Assist with merchandise processing and the replenishment of floor stock. Accurately complete all sales transactions while maintaining accountability in cash handling at the POS registers. Seek opportunities to enhance your skills and improve metrics by collaborating with the store leadership team. Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, as well as Company policies and procedures.
