Position Summary As a Seasonal Sales Representative, you are vital to the success of our stores. Your main responsibility is to create exceptional customer experiences. You will actively listen to customers, offer personalized recommendations, and share current product knowledge that meets their needs. You will also communicate our sustainability initiatives and social commitments while sharing your enthusiasm for our products. Working collaboratively as part of a team, you will strive to achieve business goals during this seasonal position which lasts from 2 to 5 months. Responsibilities Create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty. Greet customers promptly and courteously upon entry into the store. Ensure all customer inquiries are accurately addressed prior to their departure. Provide exceptional service throughout the shopping process, including informing customers about our return policy. Maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor with customers and team members while upholding the brand's image. Deliver outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone. Efficiently operate the cash register and handle monetary transactions accurately. Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed according to Visual Merchandising standards. Keep the back-stock area and employee break area clean and organized, including vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting. Practice safety and theft prevention in accordance with company policies. Be punctual and communicate proactively with the Store Manager regarding any lateness or absences. Key Competencies Deliver the highest level of customer service as outlined in our Service Training Program. Emphasize brand and product knowledge during customer interactions. Communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels. Collaborate as part of a team to achieve collective goals. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Respond professionally to challenging situations. Demonstrate critical thinking skills to solve problems and navigate challenges effectively. Qualifications Preferred two years of retail experience. High School Diploma. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey our brand's vision and mission. Self-motivated team player.
