As a Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of the Store Management Team, contributing to the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store. Your role is vital in ensuring exceptional Guest Services as per our Company Standards. In this position, you will: Support the Management Team in generating sales Participate in sign waving and maintaining general housekeeping Assist with merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations Contribute to loss prevention efforts To qualify, you must be at least 16 years old. This role requires physical stamina, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
