Seed Sales Representative
A well-respected independent seed company is looking to hire a proven seed sales professional who can leverage strong grower and dealer relationships to deliver trusted seed solutions and drive market share in Delaware.
What You’ll Do:
Sell and support a proven seed portfolio (corn & soybeans)
Manage an established territory with immediate growth potential
Build and maintain strong grower and dealer relationships
Lead field trials, grower meetings, and marketing programs
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of successful seed sales experience
Ability to move 3,000–4,000+ units of corn & 10,000+ units of soybeans annually
Strong agronomic knowledge and local grower network
High-energy, results-driven sales mindset
