We're seeking a driven Salesperson to join our team specializing in commercial equipment sales. TTP is a leading provider in the Southwest, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality solutions to our diverse clientele. Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their equipment needs.
Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and recommend appropriate commercial equipment solutions.
Prepare and present compelling proposals and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and meet revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure seamless delivery and installation of equipment.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications: Proven track record of success in sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex equipment specifications.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Compensation: Base pay plus commission.

Work Schedule & Environment: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Saturday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Occasional after-hours support customers needs, showings, or closings.
What You'll Do: You’ll be the engine that keeps our leasing operations running smoothly. From marketing strategies, industry networking, tenant onboarding to site inspections, your role is critical to ensuring occupancy goals are met, relationships are built, and operations stay on track.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day leasing operations and tenant communications.
Collaborate with terminal managers, bookkeepers, and ownership on leasing activities.
Show properties, handle inquiries, and close lease agreements with qualified tenants.
Manage move-ins, move-outs, lease documents, and inspections.
Provide outstanding customer service while resolving tenant concerns and maintenance issues.
Market available properties via social media, listing sites, and networking.
Assist with project analysis, new developments, and expansion opportunities.
Maintain organized records and digital/paper file systems.
Ensure full compliance with housing laws and leasing regulations.
Help align leasing efforts with company values, strategy, and growth objectives.
