As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling SaaS solutions and Managed Services to C-suite executives in grocery/retail, high-end franchise-owned restaurants, and related industries. Your primary focus will be on driving new business development, building strong client relationships, and expanding revenue growth for FMS Solutions’ industry-leading SaaS platforms and turnkey managed services.
You will work closely with the FMS field and account delivery teams to drive adoption of our cloud-based accounting, payroll, and financial solutions, helping businesses optimize operations and improve profitability.

This role requires a strategic sales professional who is skilled in consultative selling, account-based strategies, and executive relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development and year-over-year revenue growth in enterprise or commercial accounts.
Develop and execute long-term territory strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other C-level decision-makers.
Utilize solution selling and MEDDIC sales methodology to guide clients through the sales process.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and high-impact presentations to executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal product, technical, and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value enterprise clients through prospecting, referrals, and industry networking.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements:
10+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise or commercial software sales experience or managed services sales.
Proven track record of selling into C-level executives in grocery/retail, restaurant chains, or related industries.
Understanding and experience with SaaS solutions and platforms, including accounting, financial software, AI-driven analytics, and cloud-based web and mobile applications.
Strong consultative sales skills, including ability to identify pain points, present solutions, and drive value-based conversations.
Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel regionally (40%) to engage clients and attend industry events.
Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Office 360, PowerPoint.or similar platforms
Preferred Experience:
Experience selling cloud-based financial software, accounting solutions, or ERP platforms.
Familiarity with competitor SaaS platforms such as Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday, or other industry-specific solutions.

Additional Notes:
This position includes a 50/50 salary and bonus structure.
A background and credit check will be conducted as part of the hiring process and annually thereafter.
