Join our dynamic team as a Senior Account Sales Manager, a vital position designed for growth and development of qualified individuals within our company. This role focuses on increasing product sales and enhancing product placement in various retail stores. Key Responsibilities: Manage and promote Red Bull products in assigned accounts to meet sales targets. Assess the ongoing product needs of each account to ensure optimal service delivery. Maintain Red Bull equipment, ensuring it remains clean and in excellent working order. Inspire and support Junior Account Sales Managers and Sales Trainees to excel in best practices. Collaborate with District Sales Managers to cover routes, perform Power Route Rides, conduct Monthly Performance Reviews, and provide vacation coverage. Execution and Strategy: Foster strong communication with District Sales Managers, Junior Account Sales Managers, and retail partners to effectively implement local programs. Identify market opportunities and develop action plans using SMART criteria. Ensure proper product rotation to maintain freshness and brand integrity according to Red Bull standards. Train Junior Account Sales Managers on selling techniques, including role-playing, objection handling, and retail math skills. Building Success Together: Collaborate with the Sales and Distribution Planning teams to design and execute successful programs. Actively share best practices and work seamlessly across various teams and districts. Implement best practices during Launch Support and diligently use the Daily Tracker to monitor contributions. Ensure adherence to company standards and operating procedures across the team. Qualifications: Valid US Driver's License with DOT Medical Card. Minimum age of 21 years. At least 6 months experience in account sales management. Able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory/display materials. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
