Your future team Our Partner & Alliances Sales Strategy & Operations team is comprised of people with backgrounds in partner sales operations, sales analytics, and partner strategy. We turn data into actions to increase Atlassian's Partner & Alliances performance. We are hiring a Senior Analyst, reporting to the Manager for Partner & Alliances Sales Strategy & Operations. You are an analyst with a background in working with Salesforce data, exploring insights with SQL, reporting through Tableau, and supporting SaaS alliances. Here, you'll serve as a strategic advisor and guide our Strategic Partners team using analytics.
Responsibilities Support the Strategic Partners team. Partner with multiple groups and create powerful reporting & analytics.
Analyze foundational reporting around SaaS sales metrics (lead conversion, opportunity forecasting, NNACV bookings) and alliance progress (incentive spend, adoption, ROI).
Work with a technical team to identify stakeholder needs and develop reporting requirements for BI dashboards.
Monitor partner performance efficiency and drive recommendations for improvement plans.
Identify root causes and contribute to change management and go-to-market projects to improve team performance.
Support fiscal year planning, target and OKR setting, and ad-hoc analytics.
Qualifications Pride in ownership: you deliver impact with projects big and small.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-changing environment with multiple teams relying on you.
Analytics and SQL skills: know what questions to ask, what the data says, and what actions to take.
Ability to package data into relevant insights: create compelling presentations, lead executives through data deep-dives, and build real-time dashboards from CRM data. SFDC and Tableau expertise are assets.
Strong collaboration: partner effectively with cross-team initiatives.
Process improvement capability: continuous improvement in diagnosis, documentation, and execution.
Deliver presentations ranging from C-level briefs to hands-on data deep-dives.
5+ years of increasing responsibility in Partner/Sales Operations, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics within a B2B (ideally SaaS) company or in a strategy consulting environment.
Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The base pay range varies by geographic zone. Zone A: $126,000 - $164,500; Zone B: $113,400 - $148,050; Zone C: $105,300 - $137,475. This role may be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
