Americas Business & Sales Operations (BSO) is the center of excellence for cross-business execution performance, operations strategy & planning, and sales operations to drive business impact and growth for the Americas. The team helps scale execution, operationalize business & sales programs, drive business strategy, sales, and partner transformation that accelerate Microsoft’s business objectives locally across the Enterprise Business supporting Leaders, Managers, and Sellers. We are looking to hire a Senior Business Manager, who will partner closely with the Americas SE&O BSO Leader to help drive overall Sales Enablement and Operations (SE&O) & BSO priorities and execute the following responsibilities across the organization: executive communication & presentation, project management & cross team collaboration, BSO rhythm of business management, budget and compliance management, and related. The role will be critical in helping us deliver operational excellence, challenge the status quo, look across the organization, leverage AI and automation as we journey towards Becoming Frontier. To be successful, you will have the ability to work collaboratively and interface with stakeholders across Americas and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutoins (MCAPS). You will also build productive working relationships, provide coaching, ensure projects remain on track, and accommodate the work styles and perspectives of diverse individuals. It will be important in this role to be able to take feedback and adapt to constantly changing environments, in addition to proactively sharing ideas that advance the business. Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND 10+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related fieldOR equivalent experience. 7+ years of global enterprise experience in any combination of the following: strategy and operations management, people governance, budget and compliance, internal communications, Profit & Loss, or scorecard management. 3+ years of experience with providing insights using tools, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, or related. 3+ years of experience managing Internal business stakeholders, including relationship management, problem resolution, and escalation.
Additional/Preferred Qualifications: 8+ years of experience organizing and supporting cross-business or other change programs Effective communication and presentation skills, good listener; ability to provide direction and clarity Experience with prioritization frameworks and change management. Experience in leadership positions,includingthe ability to work closely with leadership and promote collaboration among cross-functional teams. Effective problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business environments Sales Operations IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
