As the manager, you will help ignite and scale our existing sales program by leading and up-leveling a team of Account Managers, owning the day-to-day sales operations of our Enterprise Brand Segment. In this sales management role, your insights and experience will be key to driving the performance of our Brand Team! Hybrid Role : In our Austin, TX office weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays The Day To Day: Build an outstanding Team culture within the Brand sales team! Establish and Lead a culture of winning that overachieves sales and business objectives. Take operational leadership over a segment of the Enterprise Brand Team. Lead and develop a team of 8 Enterprise Brand Account Managers, including weekly Team meetings, 1x1s, and ongoing training and development. Drive key performance indicators and deliver accurate forecasts. Work alongside the Team to generate/progress/close pipeline while maintaining a high standard of CRM hygiene. Evaluate current processes and find opportunities to improve. Contribute to the strategy and vision for the Brands business segment. Keep rep turnover to a minimum. Be a good cross-functional partner to supporting teams. Your Expertise And Passion: Possess a deep understanding of Management and Leadership principles with the ability to differentiate the two and implement both for the improvement of the team. Experience in building Teams and culture, hiring top talent, and retaining top performers! Demonstrate accountability, ownership, bigger picture thinking, discipline, planning, and overcoming adversity Eligibility Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years of Enterprise Leadership experience is strongly preferred. Minimum 3+ years of confirmed closing sales experience in SaaS, PaaS, or Tech Sales, combined with an obvious passion for continuous improvement of your sales craft as part of a broader team. Long standing history of exceeding targets, and broad based success in your previous roles, as well as a demonstrable history of contributing to the larger goals of your organization.
