Graco is part of your daily life.The Senior Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving growth through focus on the front end of sales cycles, which includes proactive outreach and qualifying opportunities, as well as managing full sales cycle from lead generation to close for B Distributors. The role focuses on high-volume phone engagement and identifying end-user applications where Graco products can be sold through distribution. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of generating demand and converting opportunities into revenue.What You Will Do at GracoActively prospect new end users through diverse channels, including LinkedIn, web-based research, marketing qualified leads.Work closely with the Account Managers to close sales opportunities.Maintain clear articulation of business themes and messaging by staying versed in current end user products, trends, and technology.Drive growth with B-tier distributors by leveraging customer relations management (CRM) to systematically load and manage sales opportunities, ensuring they are actively progressed through to closed.Drive to meet Graco sales goals, sales quality and productivity metrics.Maintain a high level of responsiveness to customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication that addresses client needs and questions.Manage, organize and maintain customer records, contacts and opportunities in CRM, and pricing/discount structures for accounts.Qualify incoming inquiries to determine the appropriate response, either addressing the request directly or routing it efficiently to the relevant department for resolution.Share best practices with the team to promote a collaborative team environment.Perform other duties as assigned.What You Will Bring to GracoBachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience5+ years of business-to-business sales experience via telephone, internet, video and social media, preferably in a manufacturing environmentExperienced cold and warm calling, prospecting via phone and email.Effective listening, excellent phone skills with consistent follow upsSolid track record of revenue growthCRM experience, preferably Salesforce.comStrong written and oral communication skills, problem solver, relationship builder, excellent time management, and team collaboratorAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesWillingness to travel up to 15%AcceleratorsBi-lingual in Spanish is a plus, however, not required.#LI-AI1At Graco, you truly make a difference. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.$64,200.00 - $112,400.00
