Senior Instructional Designer – Sales Enablement
Location: North America / Remote

We ’re recruiting for a highly experienced Instructional Designer to join our growing Sales Enablement team. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning experiences to support our Sales organization in meeting their goals . The ideal candidate is not only an expert in instructional design and adult learning principles but also a creative storyteller, content innovator, and culture-builder who can bring our learning programs to life.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality learning materials including slide decks, e-learning modules, micro-learning content, facilitator guides, job aids, and performance support tools.
Build and manage content within our Learning Management System (LMS).
Partner with Sales Enablement leadership to create and maintain onboarding programs, continuing education initiatives, and skill-development pathways for sales roles.
Develop multimedia learning experiences using video, audio, graphics, and interactive elements to meet diverse learner needs and modalities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and business alignment.
Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Analyze learner feedback, assessment data, and performance metrics to continuously improve programs.
Ensure all training materials are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent in tone and style.
Serve as a culture champion through the content you create—reinforcing our values , encouraging collaboration, and building engagement across the team.
Stay current with learning technology trends, instructional design innovations, and best practices in enablement and adult learning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field ( Master’s preferred).
5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in a sales enablement or B2B SaaS environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in multiple learning formats (presentations, e-learning, videos, micro-learning, etc.).
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.), LMS platforms, and content management systems (experience with Allego highly preferred).
Experience creating multimedia assets using tools like Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication , collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and assessment strategies.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, easy-to-digest learning content.
