Job Duties and Responsibilities
The position of Senior Manager, Programmatic Sales will play a key role in Dish Media's programmatic revenue growth, outreach, partnership development, and strategy. The Senior Manager will oversee a team of programmatic sellers, develop and execute revenue strategies, understand and articulate market trends, and drive revenue growth across programmatic partners. The Senior Manager will support agency programmatic conversations within DISH Media Sales through a consultative approach. The Senior Manager must be a subject matter expert on programmatic and have a technical understanding of the ecosystem, inclusive of data and execution, to help identify needs and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of programmatic sellers to drive revenue growth across DSPs, SSPs, and agencies
Achieve budgeted revenue goals and activity levels on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Collaborate with internal Operations and Product teams to troubleshoot issues and prioritize new products and service offerings
Utilize data, technology, and insights to formulate and propose advertising recommendations that align with DISH's and its customers' needs
Collaborate internally to support DISH Media Account Executives, strategy, management, and execution of programmatic efforts
Evangelize Dish's programmatic offerings at industry trade shows
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
5-7 years of relevant experience within the programmatic media industry (e.g., SSPs, DSPs, agencies, trading desks, or technical platforms)
Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of the CTV landscape
Demonstrated success in managing salespeople
Proven track record of implementing data solutions with tech partners and agency/client decision-makers
In-depth knowledge of technology partners and their potential to enhance DISH Media's market penetration, technological advancement, and business scalability
Comprehensive understanding of the Connected TV advertising ecosystem
Extensive knowledge of programmatic technologies
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person on-site interview.
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $175,000.00/Year - $220,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
