We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Strategy to join our MedTech Orthopaedics CMF team located in West Chester, PA.
Purpose:
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Strategy, CMF, will develop and implement commercial planning tools and processes that improve business plan execution and development of managers and representatives. This individual will lead and persuade large teams, compellingly conveys the corporate message, and manages success through adversity. This individual will provide the FSO a leadership role strongly aligned to Sales Process, FSO Communication, Commercial Partners and Sales Leadership. This individual will provide strategic and executional guidance to the sales leadership focusing on sales force performance. This person is responsible for driving sales analysis, customer engagement, strategic initiatives, sales training, and contracting and pricing strategies. This role is crucial in making informed decisions, identifying potential issues early, and aligning with the company's growth strategy and commercial optimization.
You will be responsible for:
1. Sales Analysis & Reporting: * Assist in making informed decision-making and identification of potential issues early. * Sales Reporting. * Contract & Pricing Execution Reports. * Portfolio sales & profitability analysis. * HOB Insights & Follow-ups. * Collect information on Sales Splits, Identify red flags. * Gather data for & assist in developing quota assignments.
2. Customer & Market Engagement: * Drive sales & customer engagement and satisfaction. * Society Meeting Plans - KOL Management. * Execution of NPI Launched. * Key Product targeting and competitive intelligence. * Identify additional opportunities to engage with JJMT sales partners.
3. Strategic Initiatives & Integration: * Align initiatives to growth strategy & commercial optimization. * Oversee the integration of sales agencies into the business. * Manage the integration & upgrades of system changes to align with business expectations * Professional Education Partnerships, Upgrade of Education Logistics. * Follow up on inventory initiatives & assist in development of enablement model.
4. Sales Training & Engagement: * Organize and execute national sales training meetings (live or virtual). * Organize and manage quarterly CMF townhalls & other in-person leadership meetings.
5. Contracting & Pricing Strategy: * Stimulate additional opportunities for profitable growth. * Assist in developing more sophisticated contracting and pricing strategies with the Account Management team. * Support customer management on large national deals through collating data & insights.
Qualifications / Requirements: * A minimum of a bachelor’s degree required. An Advanced Degree is preferred * Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience is required * Previous experience in Health Care (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Diagnostics and/or Consumer) is strongly preferred * Four (4) years’ experience in Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance and/or other related experience required * Ability to negotiate and lead others through influence in a highly matrixed organization is required * The ability to communicate sense of direction, set expectations of performance and results, hold self and team accountable to clear and measurable goal is required * Strong business acumen and financial skills (analysis, budgeting, planning, etc.), as well as presenting recommendations to Senior Leadership are required * Managing expectations of internal and external partners, as well as gathering deliverable requirements, and supporting business requests is required * Travel Required: 25%
