We are seeking an experienced Technical Partner Senior Engineer to join our Partner Engineering team as an individual contributor. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Global Director, GSP & MSSP Partner Sales Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for: Providing technical leadership, influence, and guidance to our partner community, with a focus on managed service offerings, service delivery, and service provider relationships. Assisting partners in building a robust practice with Zscaler by leveraging enablement, co-selling activities, partner labs, and service offering creation. Collaborating with both Zscaler field teams and partners on joint account engagements. Educating our partners through training classes and materials, architecture workshops, and other awareness activities, with an emphasis on the outcomes achieved through those activities. Working with GSI, GSP, and MSSP team members to develop global strategies with these strategic partners. What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications): Over 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and design/implementation, with expertise in security, networking, authentication, and Internet fundamentals. Proven ability to build technical champions within partners, driving growth in resale and service delivery through trusted guidance on security, cost, performance, and reliability using Zscaler products. Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily within APJ, with occasional global travel. What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Background in large scale MDM deployment leveraging security agents on an endpoint.
