Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes Collaborate with account managers and channel partners to create a cohesive customer experience Lead technical product and architecture presentations to secure technical wins with clients Capture customer requirements and translate them into innovative solutions Contribute to responses for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs while promoting interoperability and performance testing

Required Qualifications BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical degree, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications Pre-sales experience is required Strong understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions Familiarity with modern web architecture and cloud technologies is a plus

Preferred Qualifications Experience in enterprise storage, networking, systems, or cloud sales Knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN) Previous experience with Linux, NFS file systems, and distributed network environments Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures Passion for technology and ability to convey complex concepts to customers
