You would be responsible for working with technology and business on the technical design & requirements, describing and managing the solution of a specific product or initiative, while coordinating/communicating between different workstreams. You should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to do the work, while influencing organizational change through proper scoping, process improvement, and positive team dynamics.Other key responsibilities include:Define, manage, and launch dynamic, personalized sales journeys that increase digital conversion; leverage digital experimentation techniques, data models, ML/AI-based technologies, and best practices in digital acquisition and funnel managementSize, define, and prioritize customer acquisition opportunities using customer, business, and platform dataPartner with design, technology and business teams to define solution requirements, including functional and non-functional requirementsDrive execution across multiple teams using Agile fundamentalsReport on impact and optimize in-market solutionsCommunicate progress to stakeholders with artifacts such as Vision, Roadmaps, Features/Epics, and Progress UpdatesQualificationsProven track record in defining, managing, and launching dynamic, personalized sales journeys that increase digital conversionExperience with digital experimentation techniques, data models, ML/AI-based technologies, and funnel managementStrong product management skills covering the end-to-end lifecycle: discovery and deliveryAbility to size and prioritize opportunities and work with cross-functional teamsExperience delivering scalable solutions through APIs, services, and integrationsExcellent collaboration, prioritization, and stakeholder influenceSynthesizing business, market, and platform data to identify opportunities and turn insights into requirementsCoaching and mentoring Product ManagersKnowledge in Underwriting, Rating, and Insurance Product Offerings (e.g., Modeling, Telematics, Product Definition) is a plusLocation & ScheduleThis position is a hybrid role 2-3 days per week. Hybrid locations include: Washington, DC; Fredericksburg, VA; Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA; Chevy Chase, MD.Salary & BenefitsAnnual Salary$146,575.00 - $229,600.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
