About the Role
You will own the product! This role blends product development, manufacturing oversight, and product marketing. Create eyewear that is aesthetically captivating, innovative, and technically precise. This is a career-defining opportunity for a “blue flame” candidate who is ready to learn fast and grow into senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Translate consumer insights into new product designs and iterations.
Drive the product development lifecycle across design, prototyping, and launch.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve efficiency, maintain quality, and reduce costs.
Support packaging design and development that communicates product value and enhances our unboxing experience.
Work with marketing to align product launches and positioning with customer insights.
Analyze product performance across sales, quality, and consumer feedback; recommend improvements and roadmaps.
Participate in R&D projects to explore new materials, finishes, and lens options.
Contribute to building processes that scale custom production.
Qualifications
3–5 years of product management or related experience in consumer products, hardware, or fashion/accessories.
Experience in eyewear is highly desirable but not a hard requirement.
Strong track record working with industrial designers and R&D teams.
Exposure to manufacturing facilities and suppliers.
Highly analytical with demonstrated ability to interpret product portfolio metrics.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage several fast-paced initiatives simultaneously.
Experience with 3D printing—whether prototyping or production—is a significant advantage.
