Description As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, you will implement our strategy that inspires field sales excellence and delivers sales growth. You will lead a team of Pittsburgh Paint employees who support our PPC business. You will report to the General Manager and work remotely across Cedar Park, TX . Key Responsibilities Identify important partner relationships in effort to build strategic account partnerships and defined programs - emphasis is to improve share and revenue potential with a goal of supply exclusivity by building sales agreements. Develop and implement the profit plan for the assigned region and ensure that profit and sales goals are met. Analyze main performance metrics to ensure the region achieves goals. Collaborate with your team functions to provide field feedback on performance issues and customer requirements. Lead a team of outside sales members by implementing sales strategies and processes to engage current and new customers.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years proven experience managing a team and demonstrated experience selling success; 8+ years of selling experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics, and territory reporting. Travel within the designated territory is required up to 50%.
