Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Supporting account teams on business growth initiatives across shipping and logistics services in the Americas region Assisting in the development of new ideas to grow our business as well as drive and support the delivery of our growth strategy Being a project management resource or subject matter expert in development and selling Logistics services proposals Support the sales teams in coordinating and developing comprehensive product/service proposals in collaboration with key stakeholders Support Area Sales in the implementation of integrated service contracts or new solutions Map the competition and create sales and marketing materials to internal and external stakeholders. Project work with all stakeholders to develop best practice solutions.
Job Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Minimum of 7 years professional sales/account management with a proven track record of client development 3-5 years of experience in logistics/shipping environments Strong knowledge and previous experience of managing sales / operations for Logistics services Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and navigate multi-stakeholder environments Experience to use business strategy to drive target setting Ability to use relevant data for forecasting, and establishing and monitoring performance and KPIs Skilled in analyzing market trends, anticipating customer needs, and developing competitive strategies to drive business success Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with senior-level customer stakeholders Ability to travel regularly, as required The starting range is between $110,000-$145,000 per year.
