Senior Sales Director - Aerospace Digital Sales

Location: Ideally based in the Northeast U.S., with flexibility for travel across customer sites and internal hubs.
Role Overview The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for managing and expanding one of our largest Aerospace & Defense (A&D) customer accounts, with a focus on driving growth across their Digital Portfolio. This role also leads digital sales efforts across the broader A&D customer and prospect landscape, encompassing existing engagements (EE++), expansion opportunities (EN), and net-new pursuits (NN).
Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Leadership
Own and grow the digital footprint within a marquee A&D customer.
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer transformation goals.
Lead digital sales across the A&D vertical, including EE++, EN, and NN motions.
Drive adoption of cloud, AI, data, digital thread and digital engineering/manufacturing solutions including but not limited to PLM, ALM, MES
Oversee Cyient\'s A&D Digital Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business outcomes in North America
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Stakeholder Engagement
Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and program leaders.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, delivery, Digital Technology) to ensure customer success.
Market Development
Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities across the A&D sector.
Represent the company at industry events and forums to elevate brand presence.
