Role Overview

As Senior Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sponsorship sales efforts, identifying new opportunities, and helping convert leads into long-term partnerships. You’ll work across a diverse client portfolio, engaging with rights holders and brands to deliver impactful commercial solutions.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach: Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline through strategic market analysis and multi-channel outreach.
  • Opportunity Development: Convert early-stage leads into qualified sales opportunities, supporting the wider sales team in deal progression.
  • Client Engagement: Represent Red Tiger Marketing and our clients in meetings, pitches, and networking events.
  • Proposal Support: Assist in the creation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Market Intelligence: Leverage industry insights and performance data to inform outreach strategies and refine sales tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and technology teams to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
  • Brand Representation: Confidently communicate with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, representing Red Tiger Marketing with professionalism and energy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to source and convert sales leads independently.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients.
  • A proactive, consultative approach to problem-solving and client needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
