This role focuses on managing and expanding our largest Fleet Services accounts, playing a crucial part as we grow our presence across the U.S. CAMFS leads the way in providing on-site mobile maintenance and repair services nationwide. What You'll Do Take full ownership of your territory with the liberty to work across diverse industries, leveraging national service agreements. Pursue new business opportunities while nurturing executive-level relationships with existing clients. Craft, refine, and adapt customized strategies for managing large national fleets. Strengthen C-Suite and Board Room relationships to effectively communicate the vision of Cox Automotive Fleet Services. Act as the main point of contact for escalation concerning issues that may affect client success, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation. Forge strong relationships from the C-level to drive retention and account growth. Collaborate with internal teams to align client strategies with Cox Automotive goals. Deepen account relationships through strategic sales and marketing activities, staying attuned to client needs and industry trends. Employ the RITE-based selling strategy to successfully close complex sales opportunities. Continuously gather, analyze, and summarize data to prepare insightful customer reports using Salesforce and other systems. Who You Are You are a passionate sales professional with grit and determination but also a continuous learner open to feedback. You maintain a keen eye on the bigger picture while meticulously handling details. Your expertise allows you to formulate innovative, multi-year solutions alongside industry leaders and disruptors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with at least eight years of relevant experience; alternative qualifications may include a master's degree with six years of experience, a Ph.D. with up to three years of experience, or twelve years of extensive experience in a related field. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Willing and able to travel extensively, with up to 50% travel required (both day and overnight trips). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in trucking or fleet sales. Full-cycle direct B2B sales expertise coupled with a proven track record of high-volume sales. Familiarity with contractual services sales and account management processes, ideally within business process outsourcing. Adeptness in selling service agreements. Experience operating across multiple states and geographies. Strong self-discipline, empowering you to manage a vast portfolio autonomously. Well-developed team leadership skills, enabling you to coordinate comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs. A systematic approach to problem-solving to meet client expectations and identify potential pain points. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce. Salary Range: USD 117,800.00 - 176,800.00 per year. This position also has an annual incentive/commission target of $70,000.00.
