What You'll Do
Take charge of your territory with entrepreneurial independence, focusing on securing new business and fostering executive-level relationships with existing clients.
Create tailored strategies for large national fleets while enhancing C-Suite and Board Room relationships to effectively convey the vision of Cox Automotive Fleet Services.
Act as a key point of escalation for client issues, ensuring effective resolution and risk mitigation.
Build and nurture strong relationships from the C-level down, promoting client retention and account growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client strategies with key decision-makers and influencers.
Expand account relationships through innovative sales and marketing initiatives, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs.
Utilize the RITE-based selling approach to drive complex sales opportunities to successful closure.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential product improvements.
Prepare insightful customer reports by analyzing data through Salesforce and other systems.
Ensure quality service by establishing and upholding organizational standards.

Who You Are
You are a motivated and tenacious sales professional, always eager to learn and open to feedback. With an eye for detail, you maintain a comprehensive view while offering innovative solutions and co-creating multi-year plans with industry leaders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight years of experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time for day and overnight trips.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in trucking/fleet sales.
Full-cycle B2B sales experience with a strong track record in high-volume sales.
Familiarity with contractual services sales and account retention processes.
Ability to successfully sell service agreements.
Experience working across multiple states and regions.
Strong self-discipline and capability to manage a substantial book of business independently.
Leadership skills to coordinate solutions across the company to meet customer demands.
Strong analytical skills to address potential client pain points and needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Structured approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation ranges from $107,100 to $160,700 per year, plus an annual incentive/commission target of $70,000.
We provide eligible employees with generous vacation policies, seven paid holidays, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness leave each year.
