Overview New York Hilton Midtown is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join its team in the heart of Manhattan. The hotel offers 1,878 guestrooms and 150,000 square feet of versatile event space, including 49 meeting rooms and a ballroom of 21,673 square feet.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of group sales experience, with the ability to manage a high volume of leads, close business, and perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Shift Pattern This role is primarily Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm, with flexibility to accommodate client engagements and site inspections.
Salary Range $110,000 - $115,000 annually, aligned with experience and qualifications.

What will I be doing? Represent the hotel in developing market segments and new customer relationships, while maintaining relationships with assigned accounts, to maximize revenue in rooms, public space, food and beverage, and ancillary products and services.
Solicit, respond to, and negotiate with clients needing large and complex group accommodations (generally 50+ rooms) with or without meeting space and/or on-site catering; negotiate contracts and commission agreements with third-party agencies.
Prepare proposals and contracts to inform prospective customers about hotel guest rooms, meeting space, banquet dates, space availability, and rates; develop and quote prices.
Engage in outside sales activities, conduct site visits, and participate in tradeshows and events; travel as required.
Attend weekly sales department meetings and other scheduled meetings to support business operations.
Conduct site inspections of guest rooms, meeting spaces, banquet facilities, and other hotel facilities.
