About SpendHound: SpendHound is a free software renewal management platform launched by YipitData, offering tools for managing renewal information, invoices, contracts, and providing expert advice on negotiations. About The Role: We seek a Senior Sales Manager - SpendHound to lead our Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams, reporting to the Head of Sales. This remote-friendly role can be based in NYC, one of our office hubs, or anywhere in the US, with some tax considerations depending on location. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a team of 4-8 Sales Associates Develop sales processes for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments Train, coach, and support the sales team Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams Build pipelines and forecasts Hire and develop a global team across the US and LatAm Ideal Candidate: Managed a sales team for over 2 years with success in exceeding targets Proven sales success with 4+ years experience Experience in Mid-Market and Enterprise sales cycles of 2-6 months Skilled in developing talent and building teams Self-starter with a hands-on approach What We Offer: Flexible hours, vacation, 401K match, parental leave, wellness budget, learning reimbursement, and more Impact-driven growth environment Base salary around $150K with OTE up to $300K, plus equity We are an equal opportunity employer.
