National Director of Sales & Marketing at National CooperativeRx The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team to achieve annual sales targets. This position supports leadership by taking ownership of sales operations, training, and marketing coordination. The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing. This position will require 30% travel. Responsibilities Help create and facilitate sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve growth targets. Monitors market conditions and competitor activities to provide feedback to company leadership. Oversee sales activity records and notify leadership team and PBM of sales pipeline. Expand and refine our target list using BenefitFlow, Netsuite, and other tools to prioritize outreach and in-person meetings. Develop and maintain a robust sales training playbook, beginning with SAAs, SAEs, and PDMs, expanding to marketing and analyst roles. Standardize onboarding content focusing on core messaging, positioning, and sales technique. Participate in industry associations and attend conferences and promotional events. Work with marketing manager to establish successful marketing initiatives. Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners. Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and content aligned with sales priorities. Track and report sales KPIs with a granular focus (e.g., meetings held, follow-ups, territories covered). Travel to in-person meetings for key opportunities, meets with strategic partners and develops new opportunities. Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. Other duties as requested.
