About The Role Rippling is looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, Product Sales to support the success of our Sales organization across all Rippling products. You’ll play a critical role in helping to drive new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and post-sales performance across our suites of products.
This role is both analytical and operational; you’ll spend your time reporting on and diagnosing the state of the business, while also building operational plans and working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives. The scope of this role spans multiple product lines and segments, offering a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of a high-growth, multi-product sales organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and execution-focused, with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You’re someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and can operate both independently and collaboratively.
This is a high-impact role with broad visibility, offering the opportunity to shape critical initiatives across Rippling’s diverse product portfolio.
What You Will Do Support the annual planning process with building operational plans, including sales targets, headcount plans, and resource allocation
Build reporting and dashboards on key performance metrics to keep a pulse on the business and inform decision-making
Support the weekly forecasting process
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the Sales organization
Partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Marketing leaders to define and refine sales strategies across Rippling’s product lines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment and execution
What You Will Need 3+ years of work experience in Sales Strategy, Finance, Sales Analytics, or another related field
Experience leading, developing, and building a high performing team
Excellent Excel, SQL, BI, Salesforce experience
Proactive, self-starter that is experienced in delivering a measurable impact to sales and sales teams
Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives forward with speed and efficiency
Excellent communication and presentation skills

The pay range for this role is:
78,000 - 136,500 USD per year (US Tier 1)
