As a Solutions Engineer , you’ll work side-by-side with sales teams and customers to design and demonstrate tailored, high-impact solutions that drive business success. What You’ll Do: Partner closely with account teams to understand customer goals and craft solution proposals

Lead technical discussions, product demos, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the power of portfolio

Translate business needs into technical requirements and design scalable, cost-effective solutions

Guide customers through the technical journey, from initial discovery through implementation

Collaborate with services, support, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption

Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors

Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across enterprise accounts

What We're Looking For: 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer (SE), Solutions Architect (SA), or similar pre-sales technical role

Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills

Proven ability to capture technical and business requirements and translate them into winning proposals

Experience delivering demos and POCs with enterprise customers

Ability to develop ROI models and align technology to business outcomes

Willingness to travel locally within the Bay Area (commute-based travel)

Self-starter mindset with strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, storage, cloud, or data management solutions
