The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong passion for sales, particularly in the areas of advertising and creative services. This role is pivotal in representing the firm throughout the new business process, closing deals, and nurturing client relationships. The SVP will be responsible for leading the sales process, fostering client relationships, and working closely with the creative and media teams to deliver impactful presentations. A mature network and the ability to bring in new business opportunities are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, be adept at negotiation, and have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation. Applicants for the Senior Vice President position should have at least 12 years of experience, with a minimum of 7 years in sales, business development, or a related role. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The role demands an individual with outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail. Experience in an agency environment is highly preferred, and familiarity with production and the creative development process is a plus.
