About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Field Sales & Distribution to lead the achievement of annual sales revenue and profit goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of key accounts, brokers, and field sales execution within traditional retail channels. This role demands a strategic and execution-focused leader with a proven track record in high-growth consumer-packaged goods, particularly in the areas of DSD and retail partnerships. The SVP will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to plan sales objectives, drive top-line revenue, and ensure the delivery of high levels of execution through the internal field sales team and third-party merchandisers.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in consumer-packaged goods, with a strong preference for those with a background in beverages, dietary supplements, or regulated consumer goods. The role requires a leader with a deep passion for the company's mission, a proven ability to scale sales, and expertise in trade spend optimization and EBITDA-focused growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be a high-performance, results-driven executive with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of leading the organization through transformational growth and executing 100%+ YoY sales expansion strategies. Strong planning, organization, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and build influence with retail customers.
