About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales, Brands to play a pivotal role in the evolution of programmatic advertising. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing a high-performing advertiser sales team, with a focus on net-new logo acquisition and enterprise-level partnerships. This leadership position demands a strategic approach to securing SPO partnerships, defining and executing go-to-market strategies, and aligning closely with product and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit. The SVP will also be instrumental in architecting and scaling a business development representative function, championing a data-centric, buyer-first culture, and coaching the team on strategic account planning and enterprise deal execution.
Applicants must have a proven track record in leading sales teams within the digital media, adtech, or programmatic advertising industries, with at least 10 years of executive experience. The role requires an individual with executive presence and strong relationships across brand and agency C-suite stakeholders, as well as operational expertise in building scalable sales teams and go-to-market infrastructure. Deep knowledge of DSPs, CTV, commerce media, and the programmatic ecosystem is essential, along with strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive performance. The ideal candidate will also have a background in aligning sales with product and marketing, a passion for team development, and experience in scaling a BDR function.
