Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Service Sales Manager for a leading, established, and innovative mechanical and energy services firm. This role is onsite in Northern Virginia, with opportunities to expand into Baltimore, MD and across the state of Virginia.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a driven Service Sales Manager to lead and expand service sales efforts in the Northern Virginia/DC region. This leader will focus on selling maintenance/service contracts, developing client partnerships, and driving revenue growth while navigating a union field environment. The right candidate will bring HVAC/MEP service sales expertise, a proven ability to close and grow accounts, and experience collaborating with skilled trade unions.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive service sales growth through new and existing client relationships.
Sell service contracts while expanding market share in the region.
Build and maintain partnerships with skilled trade unions and ensure effective collaboration within collective bargaining agreements.
Develop and execute sales forecasts, pipeline strategies, and proposals to maximize profitability.
Partner with operations and service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Represent the company at networking events and industry meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience in service sales, ideally within commercial HVAC/MEP, facilities, or related environments.
Demonstrated success selling service/maintenance contracts (not just project sales).
Familiarity with unionized environments and working with skilled trades.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: $110,000+ DOE base salary.
