Responsibilities Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in your assigned field territories using market-savvy skills, community engagement, and valuable lead lists.
Engage and Educate: Approach businesses with professionalism and explain the benefits and features of our telecom services.
Customized Solutions: Assess the unique needs of each customer and craft tailored telecom packages.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements.
Sales Pitch: Deliver effective sales presentations, address customer questions and objections, and persuade stakeholders.
Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with accuracy.
Relationship Building: Provide post-sales support and cultivate lasting customer relationships.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with peers to develop strategies and achieve collective goals.
Targets and Quotas: Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of field sales to Small/Medium Businesses.
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Physical ability to work in a field and office environment as required.
Ability to work full time.
Preferred Qualifications Sales-centric mindset with ability to empathize, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Extensive product knowledge of mobile and fixed-line services; ability to translate technical information into understandable terms.
Digital proficiency with CRM, POS, and other relevant software; comfort with new technologies.
