Social Media Growth Manager (Sales)

Overview ICUC is seeking a driven, social-fluent Social Media Sales Manager to join our fully remote, global social media agency. As part of the Growth team, this role is ideal for a self-starter with a deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities Consistently meet weekly goals and targets for meeting and appointment setting
Support the sales and marketing team by prospecting new opportunities within predetermined sectors and markets
Drive own pipeline from first meeting to close
Collaborate with the Growth Team to ensure seamless interaction and communication from the first meeting to on-boarding
Utilize tools such as Salesforce and D&B to prospect new client opportunities
Keep informed on industry news; research opportunities such as brand crises, competitor agencies, or new social media functionalities/developments that could lead to opportunities
What you will bring (Qualifications) Excellent familiarity with social media trends and networks; ideally 2-3 years of experience
Full-cycle sales/business development experience; 2-3 years of experience
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with engaging presentation skills
Excellent Microsoft Office understanding PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Familiarity with Salesforce
Ability to work remotely/from home with the necessary technology
Diplomacy to work with multiple teams: Client Services, Sales and Finance; support each team to meet their goals
High level of accuracy & attention to detail
Strong sense of account ownership & pride in work
Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, monitor, & respond to changes quickly
Strong decision-making skills coupled with good judgment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Friendly, diplomatic, proactive self-starter with initiative
Success Measurement Meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets
Additional information The annual base salary range for this position is $65-90k. Placement within the salary range is based on factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for commission following the companys plan in effect at the time the commission is earned.
