Description Position Type: Full Time Salary Work Model: Remote Location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany Position Summary: The successful Territory Sales Manager will have a strong background in technical sales within the CAE, CFD, and CAM Engineering sector. The role involves identifying business growth opportunities and driving profitable sales for targeted segments. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct sales and support activities within the assigned territory and accounts. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies for each opportunity. Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales with customers. Meet quarterly and annual sales goals based on bookings, revenue, and net income. Report regularly on activities, results, and forecasts. Assist in developing promotional materials related to Software, Engineering Services, and Manufacturing. Manage payments and accounts receivables within the region. Collaborate with management, departments, sales staff, and vendors to achieve objectives. Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned. Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Masters or 5-year degree preferred. Minimum three years of relevant sales experience in CAE, CFD, or CAM products. Desirable: background in turbomachinery industry or design/manufacturing of pumps, turbines, etc. Abilities: Team player with a positive attitude. Professional and respectful communication. Customer-focused with reliable follow-through. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Creative, with strong verbal and written communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with sales automation tools. Technical foundation with business acumen. Energetic, proactive, and career-oriented. Other Considerations: Travel up to 30% for customer visits and office visits. Fluent English; additional European languages a plus. Legal authorization to work in an EU country or UK required.
