LILT’s Solutions team focuses on our industry-leading technology and its application to multilingual content needs for large enterprises and government agencies. Our team engages with customers from pre-sales through onboarding, and is made up of experts in various functional and technical areas. Get the best of both worlds: dynamic in-office energy three days a week to spark creativity and collaboration, with the rest of the week available to work from home. This position can be based in San Francisco, CA or Indianapolis, IN and will be expected to work in the office in a hybrid capacity. Additional locations include Washington, DC; New York City; and the Boston metropolitan area, where you will start fully remote and transition to hybrid once offices open. We’re looking for an experienced Solutions AI Architect who loves solving hard problems, managing complex projects, and interacting with a variety of stakeholders. This role requires strong technical aptitude, extensive customer-facing experience, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently. You will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Marketing to bring our platform to clients and prospects. You will provide technical expertise in sales pursuits to drive customer acquisition and success. You will have a broad range of skills, including knowledge of global content management lifecycles, content pipelines, and integrations. You will connect a customer’s business problems to LILT’s solution, communicate that connection to customers, and bring the technical skills to build demos, run proofs-of-concept, and provide consultative assistance on architecture and implementation. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the technical co-pilot to LILT Account Executives, managing the customer’s technical experience from scoping (pre-sales) to deployment (post-sales / success) Build and present reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications for customers Be a subject-matter expert in translation and localization process optimization and best practices Understand and align the customer’s technology stack to optimize localization processes Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success Play an active role in the development and maintenance of customer integrations Develop and iterate on internal processes to ensure consistency across our solutions engagements Track existing technology solutions and follow the latest trends relevant to multilingual content management and translation, including AI applications Skills and Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role at a services, technology, or content management company Experience working with a complex services-oriented solution Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level Experience in localization engineering is highly desirable Familiarity with integrating CMS systems to translation workflows is highly desirable Familiarity with Large Models, including fine-tuning, is highly desirable A passion for technical and solution-based problem solving Analytical approach to intelligence gathering and project planning Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with end users and C-level executives Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines Strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic pre-IPO environment Self-motivated and results-driven Confidence in communicating technical ideas through presentations, whiteboarding, and platform demonstrations Comfort with a bit of chaos; startup experience is an advantage Ability to work independently while being part of a team and pursuing team goals Benefits
