What You'll Do: Be the face of the spa - greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and purpose Drive membership sales by genuinely connecting with clients and offering the benefits of wellness Manage the front desk - answer calls, book appointments, and keep the schedule running smoothly Keep our spa clean, organized, and always guest-ready Work with a team that supports one another and celebrates success Share and promote current offers, upgrades, and service enhancements What We're Looking For: A team player with a passion for customer care and relationship-building Strong communicator with a polished, professional presence Comfortable working with goals and motivated by performance incentives Quick learner - we'll train you on our services and systems Organized, calm under pressure, and able to multitask Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or wellness is a plus What We Offer: Hourly pay + commission + monthly bonus opportunities 401(k) with employer match Complimentary monthly massage or facial Employee discounts on services and retail Flexible shifts to support work-life balance Ongoing training and development Fun, supportive team culture

Compensation: $750.00 - $950.00 per week
