YOU WILL BE: As the Sales Enablement Specialist you will support the development and implementation of tools and resources that will empower the Saks Global Retail Media Strategic Account Management team in delivering best-in-class solutions for our brand partners. You will be reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement, and will partner with the Senior Manager to help communicate our retail media offerings, value proposition, and positioning, by translating data and insights into compelling sales narratives for Saks Global and the Retail Media Network. You will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and collaborative, ensuring the account management team has what they need to deliver for our brand partners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO: Organize, maintain, and distribute sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and playbooks that align with Saks Global’s brand voice and value proposition.
Manage a library of sales enablement materials and ensure resources are up-to-date, easily accessible, and impactful.
Support onboarding and ongoing training programs for the sales team, ensuring alignment on messaging, positioning, and sales methodology.
Help analyze sales performance data to identify trends, assess enablement impact, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Assist with aggregating, organizing and inputting data into recap documents (reporting decks, case studies, etc)
Support and partner with Senior Manager to execute client-facing presentations, proposals, and activations.
Track updates in CRM systems and help ensure data accuracy.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 2-4 Years Marketing, digital/media agency experience, sales enablement or sales operations
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or the equivalent
Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines in an efficient, timely and accurate manner
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change quickly
Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation design skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite, presentation platforms, and bonus to have experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Awareness of key advertising industry and retail media trends
