Velocity Vehicle Group (VVG) is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team for following hours: • Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM What You'll Do:
As a Sales Representative with SportTruckRV, you will play a pivotal role in achieving profitability and fostering the growth of VVG by providing exceptional customer service. You'll focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients and expertly guiding them through the premium RV purchasing process. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth Masterfully sell our Renegade RV and ATC Trailers, setting yearly sales and profit goals each January and striving to meet or exceed these targets. Achieve consistent sales growth by understanding market demands and aiming to exceed sales goals year-over-year. Customer Relationship Building Proactively build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive continued sales. Leverage CRM tools to maintain up-to-date, accurate client data, ensuring thorough communication and follow-up. Engage clients at events and shows, showcasing SportTruckRV's products and capabilities. Forecasting & Documentation Keep CRM records detailed and current for quotes, sales activity, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate forecasting. Review and update individual sales forecasts weekly, adjusting for changes in deal terms, delivery dates, and profitability. Professional Development Participate in all required internal and external training, including annual certifications for product knowledge, KPA, and ARC Certification courses. Engage in ongoing learning to stay informed of new specifications and sales techniques. Deal Management Maintain thorough and precise documentation for each sale, including buyer's orders, proof of deposits, transaction sheets, and delivery documents. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly for seamless transaction processing. Requirements: Professional communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational abilities with effective time management. Analytical skills to support customer needs and business objectives. Sales experience in the RV, automotive, or trucking industry (preferred). Proven ability to create and execute successful sales strategies. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Willingness to travel occasionally for shows and events.
