As a Sr. Business Development Manager on the Amazon Business Services team, you will work across Sales, Operations, Product and Business teams to develop a GTM approach and source, vet, and secure customer opportunities. This high visibility role will require regular communication with senior leaders, collaboration with tech and non-tech teams, and influence on partner team's roadmaps to secure progress toward shared goals.

This role can be based in Seattle, Austin, Boston, or New York City.

Key job responsibilities • Identify and size opportunities to unlock new Services customers and enable incremental spend • Partner with cross functional teams to grow the Amazon Business Services business • Work independently to deliver results in an ambiguous environment • Compile, manage and report on project metrics weekly, and lead high profile meetings to align on project requirements and feature prioritization- 5+ years of professional or military experience - Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps - Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements - Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
