As innovators in Big Data, Circana seeks passionate client advocates with strong analytic skills to advance solutions that best build the client's strategic vision. The Home Durables Team at Circana works with some of the most innovative companies in the industry. This role reports to the Executive Director in Client Development and manages clients directly to demonstrate how data can impact and improve clients’ businesses and across all functional teams. The position provides the opportunity to make an impact, leveraging fact-based insights and analysis, while developing the knowledge and skills required for continued success in data driven solutions. Job Responsibilities Account and Business Management : understand client organizations and align Circana solutions with their business objectives; drive revenue by developing and executing strategic account plans; collaborate cross functionally to deliver client-centric solutions
Industry Expertise and Analytic Capability : leverage proprietary data tools, analytic skills, and AI to analyze large, complex data sets to identify and communicate key retail trends and their implications to clients
Client Relationship Development : manage daily client interactions, ensuring responsiveness and value delivery; educate and train clients to maximize the use of Circana’s data and tools; present insights and recommendations in client meetings to support strategic decisions
Problem Solving & Adaptability : address client challenges with urgency, creativity, and positive approach; willingness to learn new data sets and platforms to deliver value to our clients Requirements Bachelor’s degree
3 to 5 years of prior experience in a role which utilizes data and analysis to add value to clients. Interest in Market Research, consumer insights, account management, or category management preferred
Strong expertise in all MS Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
Demonstrated ability to work across various data sets and reporting tools as well as capability in analytics, business math, and AI/LLMs
Advanced interpersonal skills and strong orientation towards building client relationships
Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Very strong oral and written communication skills; confident in presenting to groups
Highly detail oriented with commitment to total quality and data accuracy
Proactive and collaborative work style
Experience with and curiosity about relevant industries a plus Circana Behaviors

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $60 to $80K.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
