What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and facilitate the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams - Drive the annual strategic planning process, aligning GTM motions with corporate objectives - Plan and execute GTM operational cadence, including executive reviews and business updates - Prepare GTM content for board meetings and ensure strategic alignment and clarity - Define KPIs and analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, management consulting, or revenue operations in enterprise software - Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact - Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data - Exceptional communication skills, particularly with executive and board-level audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or similar analytical tools - Background in consulting, particularly in high-velocity SaaS business models - Demonstrated initiative in managing multiple complex priorities
