Growing technology company focused on AI Automation for IT, Network, Security, and Cloud Operations is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer. This role involves working alongside a Sales Account Manager to market and sell solutions.
Responsibilities *
Demonstrating and showcasing various technology areas via onsite presentations, web sessions, proof-of-concepts, or written documentation (RFPs, RFQs, and other technical documents).
Writing Statements of Work that describe the services offered to clients and assisting in contractual paperwork to close opportunities.
Transitioning opportunities to the implementation stage by working closely with the delivery team during the sales cycle.
Identifying technical issues in assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients technical staff.

5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering supporting technical services and solutions for IT organizations.
Deep background in Service Assurance or Service Management.
Experience with IT Operations and data center technologies such as ITOM, ITSM, ITIL.
Prior or current experience with Enterprise Monitoring tools like ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, Splunk, MoogSoft, CA is preferred.
Solid knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems.
Scripting experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of modern technologies like Microservices, Containers, REST APIs is beneficial.
Understanding of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
Willingness to travel to visit prospects and customers.
Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on technology.
